CODAF feed hopper for poultry pan feeding system

High quality feed hopper (otherwise known as hooper) with a capacity of up to 100 kg. The hopper opening for the poultry feeding system has a size of 50 x 50 cm, a depth of 60 cm and a chute hole of 18.5 x 18.5 cm. The feed hopper is terminated with a handle under the rura longitudinal line fi 45 mm. Hooper charge is attached to the pipe with strong screws that make the whole connection very solid. The collar of the poultry feed tank is made of resistant plastic, which is characterized by durability and strength.

The output of the hopper under the galvanized pipe fi 45 mm inside has a metal crank, on which the spirala fi 45 mm is superimposed. At the end of the longitudinal line at the last feeder is motor driving the viper fi 45 mm feeder. In this simple yet very efficient way, from the tank of the feeding system, the feed is filled into the longitudinal pipe and delivered to all automatic poultry feeders located on a simple poultry feeder.

To the offered feed hopper, which will be mounted at the end of the longitudinal line of the feed (located under the drive module of the transverse line - diagram No. 4), a special weight sensor (sold separately, shown in photo number 3) should be attached, whose task will be to protect against overflowing of feed from hooper. Such a design will prevent broilers from wasting feed and ensure maximum efficiency of the entire feeding system.
