The parties to the sales contract in the online store are:

FERMO sells goods through the online store Orders can be placed directly through the online store, by phone, by e-mail or chat on the store's website. In addition to courier and parcel locker shipments, it is possible to collect orders at the FERMO headquarters in Piotrów.


Placing orders in the store is done by:

  • filling in the appropriate order forms on the store's website
  • telephone contact available at the hotline number: +48 62 739 40 40
  • sending the order by e-mail to the
  • placing an order via chat with a consultant
If the order is placed via the website, after placing the order, the Customer is sent an e-mail information about its receipt by the store (if he provided his e-mail address when placing the order). Since it happens that e-mails do not arrive or arrive late, the order number that appears on the website after placing the order is also confirmed.

After placing the order, any comments to the order: details regarding the colors or types of ordered goods, requests for correction of data or form of shipment can be entered in the "Additional information for the order" field. In case of doubt, this information can also be provided by phone to an employee of the sales office of the store: CONTACT.

In the event that the order cannot be fulfilled due to the lack of the selected product in stock / exhaustion of the assortment, the customer will be informed about it and will be able to change or cancel the order.

The customer chooses the method of delivery of the goods from the following options:

  • delivery by courier after payment in advance

Each customer placing an order in the store agrees to issue a VAT invoice without the buyer's signature for the ordered goods.

Net prices displayed next to products are illustrative values. They may differ from the final net worth displayed in the shopping cart. This is due to rounding when calculating the net price of the product, which is calculated from the gross price.


Payment for the ordered goods is made as follows:

  • by credit / debit card via Przelewy24 payment method
All prices are given in EUR and include VAT. Net prices will be displayed in checkout, after choosing the country of destination. The price given for each product is binding at the time of placing the order by the customer, provided that the goods are in stock of the seller. The Store reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer, introduce new goods to the online store's offer, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the store's websites or make changes to them without notifying the buyer.


The store implements the principle of fair payment for shipping. All orders are shipped in accordance with the indications given when placing the order via courier. Shipping costs are calculated automatically depending on the weight of the package. The weight of the package is calculated as the sum of the weight of all goods in the order, but the weight of the goods does not inform about the actual weight of the goods, and is only a factor used to determine the actual cost of transport. The shipping cost calculated by the system when placing the order is the final cost of the shipment and does not change, even if the courier company charges the seller a larger amount than the one paid for the seller.

We do not charge extra for packing the shipment


All orders are processed on an ongoing basis. Shipments are sent every day around 3:00 PM. The shipment time depends mainly on the chosen payment method:

  • prepayment to a bank account - we wait for booking the payment, it usually takes few days, before we ship the order. IMPORTANT! For reasons beyond the control of the sender (difficult weather conditions, period of increased movement of shipments, random event), the delivery of goods may take longer than the prescribed.
  • fast electronic payment Przelewy24 - we book the payment immidiately, so the order is shipped often the same day as the payment is made.
  • In addition, delivery time depends on the availability of a given product in our warehouse. The system informs about the availability of goods when adding goods to the basket. In the event that it turns out that we do not have the ordered goods in stock, we will immediately inform you about this fact by e-mail or phone. The delivery time is up to 30 days. The Buyer is individually notified by e-mail (when provided) about the exact date of delivery of the parcel and its number at the time of shipment of the goods from our warehouse.


Each purchased product in our store is brand new. The goods sold are covered by a warranty and are provided with an instruction manual (if the product has one).


In accordance with applicable regulations, and in particular with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), the customer may resign from the purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment with the ordered goods. In order to return the purchased goods, you must notify the store about this fact by completing the return form attached below. You can also use the model withdrawal from the contract below.

In the case of returning the goods, the store will refund the amount paid for the goods to the customer, as well as the cost of shipping in accordance with the Act. The customer returns the goods at his own expense.

The Buyer has the right to free return of waste equipment intended for households, in accordance with the Act of 11 September 2015 on waste electrical and electronic equipment. The return of used equipment can be carried out only if the buyer is a private person, when the purchase of a new product is made in an online store and the returned goods will include a used product of the same type, performing the same functions as the newly purchased equipment. Returned, used equipment should be complete. The desire to return the used product should be reported by e-mail to the address of the on the day of placing the order.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  1. for the provision of services, if the has fully performed the service with the express consent of the customer
  2. in which the price of the Goods depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which FERMO has no control, which may occur before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract;
  3. in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to your specification or serving to meet your individual needs (this applies especially to all kinds of nets made to the size specified by the customer)
  4. in which the subject of the service is an item subject to rapid deterioration or having a short shelf life;
  5. in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which after opening the package cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery;
  6. in which the subject of the service are things that, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things;

The manufacturer's warranty is granted for the goods available in the store. If the received goods have technical defects or do not work properly, they may be sent back by the Customer as part of the complaint. In such a situation, please contact us in advance by phone or e-mail. The returned goods should be accompanied by a printed and completed complaint form and a purchase document.

The store does not accept shipments sent back with the option of payment on delivery. The Store undertakes not to exceed the deadline of 14 working days (from the date of acceptance of the complained goods to the store) to consider the complaint. If the complaint is accepted by the manufacturer's service, the defects are removed free of charge or the goods are replaced with a full-fledged one or, if this is not possible (e.g. due to exhaustion of stock levels), the store will return the equivalent of the product price to the buyer. If the complaint is rejected by the manufacturer's service as unjustified, the goods may be sent back to the Customer at his expense, with the possibility of taking into account the costs incurred by the service and the store.

If the received goods have damage caused during transport or there were quantitative deficiencies in the shipment, the problem should be reported by phone or e-mail within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods. After the expiry of the above-mentioned deadline, quantitative complaints as well as damage to goods caused in transport will not be taken into account.

Placing an order is tantamount to consent to the storage and processing by FERMO Karol Owczarek of personal data contained in the order in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data Journal of Laws No. 133 item 883. The presentation of the contents of the store does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 543 of the Civil Code. All products and names mentioned are used for identification purposes only and may be registered trademarks of their respective owners. FERMO may change the Regulations and launch a new version of the services provided as part of the store. The change becomes effective on the date indicated by FERMO, which may not be shorter than 7 days from the moment of making available in the store the of the amended Regulations, with the proviso that orders started before the entry into force of the changes are carried out on the basis of the existing rules.

In matters not covered by the above document, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

Any disputes related to the services provided by FERMO as part of the store will be settled by common courts. The Customer who is a consumer has the opportunity to use the out-of-court method of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims before the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court at the Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection in Warsaw.
