Capacitive sensor for feed trucks DOL 41R NO/NZ

The universal electronic sensor allows you to control the level of bulk materials (e.g. feed), solid materials (e.g. wood, plastic), as well as liquids. Used in particular in slit longitudinal line, mounted in sifice pipe, located above the areather, as well as at the end of the longitudinal line of the automatic poultry feeding system, i.e. ducks or broilers. The presented feed truck sensor can operate as normally closed (NZ) or normally open (NO).

The feed capacity sensor in the hoppers allows you to adjust the operating zone in the range of 3 - 12 mm, using the built-in potentiometer. The sensor monitors the level of feed in the hopper on an ongoing basis. LEDs located on the lid indicate when the buttons are active. The presented model does not have time delay function. The relay starts immediately when the sensor is active and remains in this position until the sensor activating factor stops working, a very important feature used in sensors mounted at the end of the transverse line. The electronic capacitive sensor is less sensitive to high humidity, this is a very important parameter, since, as you know, high humidity affects the increase in the volume of feed, which interferes with the work of the sensor.

The professional capacitive sensor is made of high quality plastic, in the form of a threaded sleeve with a diameter of 30 mm and a length of 110 mm. A 150 cm long connection cable is included. The triple cover provides the best protection even in the harshest conditions in livestock buildings. There are no problems and blocking of the sensor by impurities.
