Capacitive sensor for feed systems DOL 43R 90-250 V NO / NZ
Description
The DOL 43R electronic capacitive sensor is used to detect feed, grain and bulk materials, and can also be used to control solid materials (wood, plastic) and liquids. The capacitive sensor in particular is used in the trays of the longitudinal line, mounted in the chute pipe, located above the hopper, as well as at the end of the longitudinal line of the automatic poultry feeding system. Also used for emptying, filling and level indication in tanks, silos and containers. The built-in potentiometer allows you to adjust the operating zone in the range of 3 - 12 mm. The presented DOL-SENSORS sensor can operate as a normally closed (NZ) and normally open (NO) system.
The DOL proximity sensor is made of high quality plastic in the form of a threaded sleeve with a diameter of 30 mm and a length of 110 mm. The triple housing cover provides very high protection in the high conditions prevailing in the livestock building. The device has a very high resistance to interference from communication devices and transients. The presented model has the function of adjusting the time delay. The sensitivity and length of the delay are adjusted by two switches. The LED, located on the housing, informs us when the switches are activated.
The set includes a 150 cm long power cord and an instruction manual. The device requires an external power supply of 230 V. The highest quality sensor provides great functionality and ease of use.
