Capacitive sensor DOL 44RG NO/NZ Z with time delay for feed trucks

The highest quality capacitive sensor allows you to control the amount of feed and grain dosing. It is also used during storage, transport and preparation of bulk materials. The offered Capacitive Dol Sensors can function as normally closed (NZ) and normally open (NO).

Most often it is mounted in livestock buildings, where it can be installed:

• in the tray of the longitudinal feeding line,
• in the chute pipe,
• feed silos,
• tanks and feed baskets
• at the end of the automatic feeding line.

The NZ function allows you to detect feed and turn off the engine, in this case the sensor is mounted at the end of the longitudinal feeding line. This function is also triggered at the beginning of the longitudinal line, that is, in the chute basket. The capacitive sensor in NO mode is mounted at the beginning of the longitudinal feeding line - it detects the feed and turns on the engine.

In addition, the offered capacitive dol 44RG sensor has a time delay function, i.e. it turns off after a specified (set) time. This option is especially useful when mounting the sensor at the end of the transverse feeding line. The LED informs us about the operation of the sensor, as well as its irregularities.

Please note that the 44RG Dol Sensors sensor is particularly sensitive to high humidity. This is an advantage, since humidity negatively affects the quality of feed given to animals and interferes with the work of the sensor.

The DOL 44RG NO/NZ capacitive sensor is made of the highest quality materials, thanks to which it is resistant to the aggressive environment prevailing in livestock buildings. The set includes two nuts, a 150 cm long cable and an instruction manual. The sensor is powered by 230 V.
