The latest generation capacitive sensor used in feed systems. Mounted primarily in the longitudinal line hopper, the chute pipe, as well as at the end of the automatic feeding line for poultry. The electronic capacitive sensor is used to control the amount of feed, empty grain and bulk materials, it can also be used to control solid materials (e.g. wood) and water. The feeder sensor can operate as normally closed (NZ) and normally open (NO), which proves its versatility.

It owes its precision to the built-in potentiometer, which allows you to adjust the operating zone in the range of 3 - 12 mm. The sensitivity of the device is adjusted by two switches. The LED informs us when the switches are activated. All settings can be changed in a very simple way, using the mentioned switches, these are m.in. to: factory reset, turn on / off the LIGHTS. The operating temperature range of the device is very wide and ranges from -20oC to +70oC.

The threaded capacitive sensor is made of high quality plastic, resistant to moisture, mechanical damage, and any inconvenient conditions prevailing in livestock buildings. The sensor has a triple cover that provides the best protection in the harshest conditions. The detector is enclosed in a tighter housing, in the shape of a sleeve with a diameter of 30 mm and a length of 110 mm. The feature that distinguishes the presented sensor from others is less sensitivity to high humidity, this is a very important feature, since high humidity affects the increase in the volume of feed, which interferes with the work of the sensor.

The set includes two nuts (visible in the photo), a cable (5 - core) with a length of approx. 150 cm and an instruction manual. An external power supply of 230 V must be supplied to the device.
