Capacitive sensor for feed systems DOL 20R - NO/NZ

Capacitive sensor used in automatic feed lines. The measuring sensor is placed in the feed stock and measures the level of its filling. The sensor can be mounted outside the plastic tank because it is able to carry out the measurement through the material. The device controls the operation of motoreducers of the transverse line in the automatic feeding system. The sensor controls the emptying and filling of feed, grain and other bulk materials in silos and tanks. The offered proximity sensor can work according to the no or NZ operating logic.

Depending on the operating logic mode (NO/NZ) set on the sensor, the sensor can be mounted, among others, in the a chute pipe, which is located above the the resource, as well as in the tray itself. It can also be installed in the end carmidle of the longitudinal line.

The sensor has a potentiometer thanks to which you can set the operation in the range of 0 - 12 mm, depending on the type of feed or material. LEDs placed on the controller inform about the operating status of the device. The sensor has a delayed disconnect function from 0 to 600 seconds. The sensor is equipped with a mounting bracket.

The offered sensor is made of high quality plastic, is very durable and resistant to difficult conditions in poultry houses or other livestock buildings. The control device comes with a 2 m long connection cable and a mounting clip.
