Proximity sensor 28 mm NO for feeder hopper
Description
High-precision proximity sensor for hoppers in feeding systems. It is designed to control the operation of drive motors to transverse lines. The proximity sensor for the hoppers allows you to constantly and very accurately control the amount of feed in the broiler feeding lines. It can be used to measure the amount of loose feed, liquids or solid materials. It is most often used in a automatic feeding systems for laying hens, broilers or ducks.
The feed capacity sensor in the hoppers allows you to adjust the operating zone in the range from 5-25mm. A special potentiometer is used for this, located on the housing. The sensor constantly controls the level of feed in the hopper and will react accordingly by controlling the operation of the engine. The sensor for measuring the amount of feed is of type NO (normally open) turning on the current in the load attached to the output. The operation of the sensor is indicated by a diode placed on the lid.
The electronic system of the feed measuring detector is enclosed in a special and tight housing made of high quality plastic resistant to mechanical damage, temperature or moisture. The sensor has a diameter of 28mm and a height of 75mm. It is mounted to the hoppers using two nuts, wound on the sensor body. Included with the sensor is a connection cable with a length of 2m.
