Capacitive sensor holder in the FERMO-INOX hopper

The handle used in hoppers for attaching 30 mm capacitive sensors. The sensor mount is made of stainless steel from a sheet metal with a thickness of 2 mm. The presented handle has been bent at a special angle to ensure proper positioning of the sensor relative to the feed.

The attachment to the proximity sensors is bent under the appropriate account. The handle has 3 laser-cut holes, one with a diameter of 30 mm and two with a diameter of 6 mm. A proximity sensor is placed in a larger hole and secured with nuts. Two smaller holes are used to attach the handle to the wall feed basket. Screwing the 2-screw holder prevents the sensor from moving. Durable material and precise workmanship guarantee a solid hold of the sensor in one position.
