The reliable CAPACITIVE DOL Sensors 25 sensor is used to detect feed in automatic poultry feeding systems. It is mounted at the end of the longitudinal line, exactly in the control car - detects feed and turns off the engine. It can also be installed in cake tank - after filling the basket turns off the gear motor of the transverse line. Such application allows for full control of the filling of feeders and tanks, without the need for constant control and replenishment, in this way we can save our valuable time.
The 30 mm capacitive sensor is made of high-quality plastic, ensuring high durability and resistance even in the most difficult conditions prevailing in the livestock building. In its construction, it does not contain any moving elements that may break or wear out, requiring their replacement. It is a device that meets all quality requirements in terms of physical, electrical and functional. In the presented model, it is possible to adjust the sensitivity (1 integrated trimmer), which can be manually adjusted to the desired needs. The maximum operating range is 20 mm.
The D25 capacitive sensor has a threaded cylinder with a diameter of 30 mm, dlate can be easily screwed into the tank hole. The DOL 25 proximity sensor has a delay of 1 second (the time needed to transmit a pulse and turn off the engine).
The correct operation of the device informs us of the LED on the housing. In the event that the sensor is damaged, the diode will inform us by flashing quickly. A two-core cable with a length of 2 meters is included, it does not require connection to an additional power supply. The set also includes a manual, a flat shotgun to adjust sensitivity and two threaded nuts, thanks to which it is possible to easily and quickly install in the tank hole (photo No. 2).
