Capacitive sensor Carlo-Gavazzi EC3016TBAPL NO/NZ

€152.45

Reliable capacitive sensor designed for installation in automatic feeding systems to detect and control the amount of feed backfilling from the feed silo. The offered sensor model for the feed truck can operate as normally closed (NZ) or normally open (NO). Depending on the location, the sensor can switch off or switch on the engine when it detects feed, also depending on the selected mode of operation (NO/NZ), the capacitive sensor can be installed in the chute pipe located above the perbine, in the hopper itself, as well as in the the end carmidle of the longitudinal line.

The sensor for feed detection in feeding systems has feed detection adjustment in the range of 2 to 16 mm and a built-in LED informing about the active operation of the sensor. The sensor for the feeder does not have a time delay function, which means that the relay starts immediately when the sensor is active and does not stop working as long as the activating agent affects the sensor. What's more, the EC3016TBAPL NO/NZ capacitive sensor has a triple shield - TRIPLESHIELD, thanks to which it works perfectly in the most difficult conditions prevailing in a given facility (the capacitive sensor for the feed train is resistant to temperature fluctuations, humidity, electromagnetic interference).

The universal design and a large range of sensitivity adjustment allows you to detect virtually any material (liquid or solid), such as m.in glass, fertilizers, cleaning agents, dairy products, etc. also the offered type of capacitive sensor will be used not only in the field of automation for livestock buildings.

Technical data:
  • housing type: sleeve
  • supply voltage: 20-265 V AC
  • operating temperature: -25C to + 80C
  • Operation Range: 2-16mm
  • IP67 protection class
  • switching frequency: 25 Hz
