A professional capacitive sensor that allows you to control the amount of grain feed and bulk materials during storage, transport and preparation. The electronic sensor can operate as normally closed (NZ) and normally open (NO).
It is most often used in livestock buildings, mainly in poultry, pig and cattle farming, assembled in particular:- in the longitudinal line tray,
- in the chute pipe,
- at the end of the automatic feeding line line,
- silos,
- feed tanks and baskets.
The capacitive sensor indicates the fill level of the hopper, and also controls the work on filling and emptying feed containers, using an integrated high-power relay. In addition to feed, grain and bulk materials, it also allows the detection of materials such as liquids, wood, glass and plastics.
The capacitive sensor with a thread for the feeder has a time delay function, i.e. the sensor turns off after a set time, it is especially important for sensors mounted at the end of the transverse line of feeding systems for broilers, ducks. The sensitivity and length of the time delay function are set by means of two buttons located on the housing of the device. The LED informs us about the operation and possible irregularities in the sensor. The parameter that distinguishes the presented sensor from others is less sensitivity to high humidity, this is a very important advantage, since high humidity affects the volume of feed and interferes with the work of the sensor.
The DOL capacitive sensor owes its high quality and reliability to the very high quality of plastic workmanship in the form of a threaded sleeve. The triple sensor cover provides full protection against all mechanical damage, moisture and harsh conditions in livestock buildings. The device has a thread that allows for solid and durable mounting.
The set includes two nuts for mounting the sensor, a cable with a length of approx. 150 cm and an instruction manual. The device requires an external power supply of 230 V.
