TOP-Nippel stainless steel, movable vertically and horizontally with flow reduction - (LB6)

The highest quality drinker for poultry from the TOP-Nipel series for use in cage, floor or free-range poultry farms. A nipel with limited water flow has a tip that can move both vertically and horizontally, which makes it difficult for poultry to take up water.

In addition, a special valve with flow reduction has been designed inside the steel housing, which does not allow excessive water consumption by drinking birds and spilling it on the litter or around the cage. Therefore, the average amount of water consumed by poultry drinkers varies within the limits of:

35-45 cm³/min when moving the nipl stem vertically

20-30 cm³/min when moving the tip to the sides

*it was assumed that the optimal pressure value in the system should be within 20-30 cm of the water column, which can be achieved by using pressure regurers.
Thanks to this, a single nipel for watering systems, depending on the type of poultry and the method of fattening, is able to handle:

8-10 pcs. of breeding hens

6-8 pcs. of laying hens

8-10 pcs. of chickens

8-10 pcs. of broilers.

Nipel and all elements of the valve are entirely made of stainless steel, resistant to the long-term influence of water as well as the action of disinfectants or nutrients added to water. TOP-Nipel drinkers for poultry are screwed into a 22x22mm square pipe into holes with a diameter of 1/8 inch made gwintownik. The drinker does not require the use of additional eaves cups.
