How Does Sandezia Work?

Sandezia Dry Disinfectant reduces humidity, limits the development of pathogens and helps prevent their recurrence.

The formula also helps reduce ammonia emissions, improving air quality inside livestock buildings. When used as a dust bath, Sandezia supports skin hygiene, promotes the healing of minor wounds and abrasions, and helps protect animals from bacteria, fly larvae and hygiene-related health issues.

How Often Should Sandezia Be Used?

• Initial disinfection: Apply 50 g/m² daily for the first 3 days.
• Maintenance treatment: Apply 50 g/m² once per week.
• During periods of increased disease risk: Apply 50 g/m² two to three times per week.
• Animal dust bath: Sprinkle directly so the powder comes into contact with the animal's skin.
• Liquid suspension: Mix 1 kg of Sandezia with 1.5 litres of water for walls, ceilings and hard-to-reach areas. One mixture covers approximately 15 m².

When Will You See Results?

The moisture-absorbing effect of Sandezia is often noticeable after the first application. For continuous hygiene and effective pathogen control, regular application (once weekly) is recommended. For enhanced biosecurity, Sandezia can also be used together with diatomaceous earth.
