Feeder motor 1.1 kW with gearbox to the flex auger line
Description
The repositioned 1.1 kW drive motor with gearbox is designed for a transverse line in which it connects to the control unit rura fi 75, 90 or 125 mm) used in the poultry feeding system: broilers, layers, ducks or turkeys.
The engine of the 1.1 kW feeder has been adapted to long feeders of feeding systems due to its strength and thrust. Two sensors are responsible for controlling its start and shutdown.:
- proximity located in the chute hopper,
- and flap, which is an additional alternative during the unexplained failure of the previously mentioned sensor.
The main task of the proposed feeder engine is to drive the spiral, using a gearbox mounted in the rotary module of a given motor. This spiral is located inside the PVC pipe (forming the so-called feed pipeline with it) distributing feed from the silo to individual containers of the longitudinal line.
In the motoreducers for the transverse line you can also find a complete 1.1 kW geared motor with a control unit to the transverse line fi 90 mm.
