Drinkers da sow with nipple valve, two-piece cast iron

Drinkers will give sows with nipple valve intended for use in pens for sows or pregnant sows.
The drinker is made of two cast iron castings - a bowl and a lid with a nipple holder and handles for hanging the drinker. Thanks to this, in the case of nipl replacement or cleaning elements of the pig watering system, you do not have to disassemble the entire bowl but remove the rivets and remove the top cover. The whole was covered with a protective paint safe for animals, powder coated.

The drinker has a height of 15cm and a width of 18.5cm. On the sides of the cover there are mounting brackets with a spacing of 16cm. The sow watering bowl itself is 16cm wide and 9cm deep. Nipel is fixed to the wall of the drinker so as not to allow it to be pulled excessively or bent by pigs.
The nipel is attached to the body with a 1/2 inch thread. It is recommended that the pig watering system has a pressure of 0.4 to a maximum of 5Bar. It all depends on the size of the sows and the need for water. By the pressure adjustment of the nipel can achieve a capacity of 2-6 l of water/minute.

Drinker for pregnant sows is great for use in farrowing pens or pens where sows raise piglets. The properly profiled shape of the bowl ensures optimal access to water and comfortable drinking from the tank. The whole is very easy to keep clean.
