HOW TO USE PINIVIT FERTILIZER FOR CONIFERS?

The concentration of the Pinivit application solution depends on the species and age of the plants. For example, for young plants of spruce, pine and larch, the recommended concentration is 2 - 5%. For younger plants, such as fir and Douglas fir, a solution with a lower concentration of 1:40 - 1:50 can be used. It is also important to adjust the timing of fertilizer application to the weather conditions. Pinivit should not be applied on sunny days at temperatures above 20°C.

Pinivit fertilizer is best applied in the period of 7 - 10 days after the start of vegetation, but no later than the end of June, to allow the growths to lignify before the onset of winter. In the case of needle yellowing due to the lack of an unidentified nutrient, it is possible to spray the plants at a later date. It is worth noting that Pinivit is completely non-toxic to humans, animals and insects.
