Plastic nipple for broilers, movable mandrel vertically and horizontally - (LB3)

Nipel for watering poultry, breeding hens, broilers and ducks. It is intended primarily for use in and automatic watering systems. It is specially dedicated to farms and poultry farms conducting floor or free-range fattening and breeding.

The drinker is adapted to operate in watering systems with a water pressure of up to approx. 25cm water column. Birds can draw water both by pressing the nipl and by moving it sideways.
A single nipel is able to provide from 70-80cm³ water / min when pressing the stem vertically and approx. 30-40cm³ / min when moving the nipl tip to the sides. To prevent unnecessary water loss, it is recommended to use it together with special eaves bowls.

The tip of the nipple drinker for broilers is pressed into a 22x22mm PVC square tube. A special self-clamping gasket fits exactly into the hole made with a diameter of 10mm, which excludes the possibility of leakage or leakage. Profiled relief of the housing and the gasket itself prevent loosening or extending the nipl.

The droplet drinker for broilers is enclosed in a sealed housing made of durable plastic. Inside, the elements of the valve responsible for opening the water flow have been placed. All these elements are made of stainless steel resistant to long-term water or disinfectants.
