MOBIL Mobile Biosecurity Disinfection Gate for Vehicles – 400 × 470 cm

The MOBIL mobile biosecurity disinfection gate is a modern system designed to disinfect vehicles entering farms and other protected areas. It is suitable not only for private livestock farms but also for securing administrative areas, disease-control zones and selected border crossings where effective vehicle biosecurity is required.

The mobile disinfection arch is designed for locations where the structure cannot be permanently anchored to the ground or where rapid installation, mobility and effective pathogen-control procedures are essential. During outbreaks or increased risks associated with avian influenza, African swine fever or foot-and-mouth disease, a vehicle disinfection gate can play an important role in reducing the risk of pathogens being carried between farms and restricted areas.

Mobile vehicle disinfection gate – construction and operation

The drive-through vehicle disinfection gate is manufactured from a strong galvanised steel structure made from 3 mm thick profiles. The weather-resistant construction does not require permanent installation or anchoring directly into the ground.

Stability is provided by heavy 1,000 kg concrete ballast blocks, which are not included in the product price. The gate structure is bolted securely to these blocks. This solution allows the system to be installed on roads, paved surfaces, block paving and unpaved ground where permanent anchoring is not possible or permitted.

The mobile vehicle biosecurity gate is suitable for locations where effective disinfection and biological security procedures are required. It is particularly recommended for poultry, pig, cattle and mixed livestock farms exposed to the risk of avian influenza, African swine fever, foot-and-mouth disease and other infectious animal diseases.

The system can also be used at livestock collection centres, dairies, food-processing facilities and other sites operating under strict hygiene and biosecurity standards. • 200 L disinfectant solution tank – approximate solution consumption is 12 L for a lorry with a trailer during a 30-second passage and approximately 4.8 L for a passenger vehicle during a 12-second passage.
