Virkon S 10 kg professional disinfectant

The professional Virkon S agent is perfect for cleaning and disinfecting livestock buildings, i.e. chicken coops, pigsty, barns or stables. Virkon S is also used to disinfect equipment and means of transporting animals, as well as breeding eggs. Handy packaging of 10 kg in the form of a bucket is perfect for large and smaller livestock farms, with subsequent use for various purposes.

Virkon S - the main features:

• controling the avian influenza virus - 1.0% solution - in 15 seconds
• controling THE ASF virus - 1.0% solution - in 30 seconds
• completely biodegradable to water and CO2
• excellent performance at low temperatures (+4^oC)
• non-freezing to -10^oC after addition of glycol
• replacement of the solution every 4 days or more often in the case of mats or foot diping in case of organic impurities

Virkon S has virucidal and bactericidal properties and is prophylactic, depending on the concentration of the solution used. Used in outbreaks of avian influenza, African swine fever (ASF), in the control of foot-and-mouth disease.

Prophylactic disinfection: prepared solution 0.5 - 1 % (0.5 / 1 kg of the agent dissolve in 100 l of lukewarm water),
Disinfection in outbreaks of infectious diseases: prepared solution of 2 % (2 kg of the agent in 100 l of lukewarm water),

Virkon S 10 kg is also used for disinfection and passage mats in a solution of 0.5 - 2 %, replacing every 2 days. Also used during disinfection of poultry watering lines in the proportion of 1 kg / 1000 l of water. Disinfection of hatching eggs is carried out by immersion in Virkon solution (0.5 - 1%) for a few seconds, or wiping with a cloth soaked in this solution.

The pink color of the prepared rozwtor indicates the active effectiveness of the preparation, the disappearance of this color indicates a loss of effectiveness, i.e. Virkon S ceases to work. The shelf life of the working solution is 4 days.Disinfection inside and around livestock buildings is very important. To perform disinfection, a solution of the preparation should be prepared, which is applied to the surfaces by washing, spraying, sprinkling or spraying with pressure apparatus.
For easy dosing, we recommend using meal bucket with acapacity of 10 g and mealsuring machine. To obtain a solution of 1% you need to add 10 g of Virkon S per 1 liter of water.
