Virkon S 5 kg bactericidal agent ASF, avian influenza

Universal disinfectant in a handy and capacious package of 5 kg of the preparation. Virkon S is perfect for decontamination of livestock rooms, breeding equipment, means of transport, hatching eggs and drinking water for animals. The offered disinfectant effectively fights ASF viruses, bird flu, foot-and-mouth disease or other infectious diseases. Virkon S has a strong bactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal effect.

Virkon S - the main features:

• controling the bird flu virus - solution 1.0% -in 15 seconds
• controling THE ASF virus - 1.0% solution - in 30 seconds
• completely biodegradable to water and CO2
• excellent performance at low temperatures (+4^oC)
• non-freezing to -10^oC after addition of glycol
• replacement of the solution every 4 days or more often in the case of mats or foot diping in case of organic impurities

Virkon S disinfectant should be distributed to the surface (by washing, rubbing, spraying) that you want to clean (the surface should be pre-cleaned) both for prophylactic purposes and in the event of a threat of an epidemic. Virkon S can be applied using a washer or speeher.

dosage:

• prophylactic disinfection: a solution of 0.5-1.0 % (0.5/1kg of the preparation should be diluted in 100 liters of lukewarm water)
• control of foot-and-mouth disease virus: solution 0,5 - 1,0 %
• control of H5N1 avian influenza virus: solution with a concentration of 1.0%,
• pools and disinfection mats: solution 0.5 - 2.0 %, replace every 4 days or as contaminated
• disinfection of drinking water for poultry: a solution of 0.1%, that is, 1.0 kg per 1000 liters of water
• disinfection of hatching eggs: a solution of 0,5 to 1,0 % in the form of fine spraying or immersion in a mixture for a few seconds. After about 10 minutes of decontamination, the eggs should be rinsed in water and dried.
• surface disinfection - use approx. 200-300 ml of solution per 1 m2.

Important! The effectiveness of the viricide Virkon S is counted for 4 days. The disappearance of the pink color of the solution means a loss of bactericidal effectiveness!

For easy dosing, we recommend using meal spoon with a capacity of 10 g and meal mug. To obtain a solution of 1% you need to add 10 g of Virkon S per 1 liter of water.
