Galvanized control feeder for broilers

The control unit with end feeder is designed for installation in automatic feeding systems. It is used at the ends of longitudinal lines for feeding broilers.

The feeder is equipped with flablic sensor, which turns off the motor driving the feeder spiral. When the feed reaches the final feeder, the flap sensor under the influence of pressure of the right amount of feed will be pressed, which in turn will stop the engine and stop the inflow of feed. The flap sensor will open as the birds eat the feed and the mechanism for filling the feeders with feed will be restarted.

The final feeder was produced using the highest quality materials - galvanized sheet and plastic, resistant to the harsh conditions prevailing in the hen house. The feeder bowl was made in red, and the birds willingly take feed from it.

The design of the end feeder has been specially developed and makes it possible to adjust the height of the feed chute. The control unit with the end feeder has an output for the pipe fi 45 mm and for the geared motor.
