Description
The offered elbow for pipe diameters of 125 mm with an angle of 45 degrees is one of the main elements of the transverse line. They are used in the feeding system of pigs or poultry: broilers, layers, ducks or turkeys. In the middle of the PVC line, a rotary spiral is placed that transports the feed from the silo to the individual infraintendents of the longitudinal line via drive motor.
The presented mounting knee for the feeding system is designed to connect two sections of PVC pipes with a diameter of 125 mm. They are used as spiral guides to transport feed from the silo.
The proposed pipe connector with a slope of 45 degrees is made of highly strong plastic, which is characterized by resistance to climatic factors, as well as solar radiation.
The pipe elbow to the transverse line for pipe fi 125 mm has two different diameters at both ends. The first of them is the standard size of the pipe, while the second is its cap, into which the combined section is pressed into its center.
