Clamp connector for PVC pipes fi 90 mm for feed systems

Connecting PVC pipes fi 90 mm used in poultry and pig feeding systems. The offered connector is a screw band that connects two pipes on a clamping principle. The fittings for transverse pipes are entirely made of galvanized steel.

Screw bands for connecting PVC pipes are clamped by tightening the screw, as a result of which the fitting reduces its diameter. Importantly, the transverse pipe connector can be easily dismantled, analogously by loosening the screw. This makes it possible to disconnect transverse PVC pipe fi 90 mm, which may prove useful during the failure of the feeding line, e.g. when spirala feeder has been damaged/broken.The presented bands can also be used for crimping a chute pipe on pup chute of the transverse line (photo no. 3).
