How to Control Rats and Mice Effectively

X-RAT PRO paste bait and secure bait stations provide a practical solution for controlling rodents in and around buildings. The 20 g paste sachets contain the active substance bromadiolone at 0.005 g/100 g, equivalent to 50 ppm.

Bromadiolone has a delayed anticoagulant effect. After consuming a sufficient amount of bait, rodents are typically affected several days later. The delayed action helps reduce bait avoidance because other rats and mice do not immediately associate the bait with its effects. This supports the control of established rodent populations when the product is used according to the authorised label.

How to Use Rodent Bait Safely

For rodent control to be both effective and secure, the bait must be placed correctly. The supplied tamper-resistant rodent bait stations are lockable, tunnel-shaped containers designed to limit access by children, pets and other non-target animals.

Each station is supplied with a rodenticide warning label that can be used to indicate the presence of bait and identify the person responsible for the rodent control programme.
