How to use and clean silica gel cat litter

Using WOWPAW silica gel cat litter is simple. Pour a 5–7 cm layer into a clean and dry litter tray, then spread the crystals evenly. Avoid overfilling the tray, as your cat should have enough space to use it comfortably.

Remove solid waste and heavily soiled litter every day using a litter scoop. Stir the remaining crystals regularly to distribute moisture evenly and maintain their absorbent properties. Replace the entire contents of the litter tray approximately every 3–4 weeks, depending on the number of cats and frequency of use. Clean and dry the tray thoroughly before adding fresh litter.

Dispose of used litter with normal household waste. Do not flush silica cat litter down the toilet, as it may cause drainage and sewage system blockages.
