Description

The highest quality galvanized welded mesh with a mesh of 19x19mm designed mainly for professional cage contractors for rabbits, chinchillas, rodents and other animals. Made of thick wire with improved parameters and high corrosion resistance, it puts this mesh in the first place among the most willingly used by professional constructors of cages for animals.

The PREMIUM mesh is characterized by the highest quality of workmanship. The width of the meshes has a minimum tolerance of dimensional deviation, thanks to which the mesh is practically perfectly straight and fits the mesh to the mesh in each section. This is of particular importance in the construction of cage batteries.

The welded mesh offered here is a galvanized grating with square meshes of 19mm. It is made of wire with a diameter of ø 1.45mm. After heating, the mesh is completely galvanized by the so-called zinc bath at temp. up to 460^oC. Then a layer of iron alloy with zinc is formed on the galvanized surface, on which a layer of pure zinc is additionally deposited. The anti-corrosion coating created in this process ensures that the mesh will last for a long time even in difficult conditions.

This mesh is available in a roll of 1m high and 25m long. The mesh can be easily cut, trimmed, modeled bent. Therefore, it is often the basic building block of cages for animals. It is also used to build machine guards in production lines, fan covers, and also works well in construction.
