The internal installation means that the breeder, in order to have access to the bath tub for parrots, must attach it to the front with a flap for easy replacement of water or sand. A 3 cm deep bathtub and enclosed side walls protect against dirt in the cage or splashing water by birds, thanks to which the inside of the cage remains clean.

The bathing pool for canaries is made of the highest quality strong plastic, which is easy to disinfect. The total height of the pool for parakeets is 13 cm, while the length is about 11 cm. Inside, cage swimming pools are best used in cages with larger dimensions, so as not to limit the place for birds to move freely.
