Drinker regulator spring for turkeys (TAV12)

Made of the highest quality materials - stainless steel - regulator spring designed for mounting on TAV9 valve tube. It is dedicated to bell drinkers RIM-100 and automatic bell drinkers for geese and turkeys RIM-200. The spring is made of very thick and load-resistant steel wire. That is why it is primarily dedicated to bell drinkers used in large poultry farms, where the amounts of fluids fed are much larger and the spring must withstand the significant weight of water.

The regulator spring is installed on the valve tube below body of the level regulator in the TAV10 drinker. It is from the force of pressing this spiral into the drinker that depends on how often the valve will open and how much water will be in the gutter of the drinker bell. By tightening the body, the spring is squeezed more and more tightly, which causes that the the needle in the valve will be raised for a long time until a sufficiently large amount of water is poured, the weight of which exceeds the force of the spring. As a result, the drinker bell will be lowered, which will cause the closure of the water valve. It is a very simple and reliable system that works even in large poultry, goose or turkey farms.

The spring for the drinker valve is made of hardened steel, properly prepared for the conditions in which it will be used in the drinker. For many years of use, it does not lose its properties, including elasticity.
