PVC pipe 125 mm straight for feed flex auger - 3 m

Proposed white pipe fi 125 mm is designed for the transverse line in pig and poultry feeding systems. It is used in shorter systems, where the efficiency of transporting feed from the silo plays an important role. The maximum feed transport capacity is 220 kg/min.

The pipe fi 125 mm with a length of 3 m for the feeder is made of highly durable plastic, which is characterized by resistance to low and high temperatures and solar radiation. This element has a very large wall thickness of 5 mm, which ensures a long service life in combination with a transport spiral. The length of the PVC pipe fi 125 mm reaches 170 cm

The presented pipe to the transverse line has a special cap on one of the ends of the section to connect with the next element of the feeder. This cap has two longitudinal indentations, which greatly facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the feeder.
When installing PVC pipes, it is recommended not to use more than 3 elbows, as this may result in incorrect operation of the system, especially spirali transporting feed, located inside the pipe used.

In the pipe and spiral section you can also find the elbow of pvc pipe fi 125 mm for the feeding system, which is necessary during the assembly work of the feeder.

NOTE: 3-meter pipes are sent by oversized shipment. The cost of transporting 1 package is PLN 91 gross after prepayment to the account. In one package we can send several 3-meter pipes.
