How to Use Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid E300)

Pure Ascorbic Acid can be administered in drinking water or mixed into feed.

Dosage for drinking water:

• Poultry (laying hens, broilers, ducks, geese): 100–200 g per 1,000 L of water (1–2 g per 10L).
• Ornamental birds: 0.05–0.1 g per 1L of water.
• Pigs: 100–200 mg per animal.

Prepare fresh Vitamin C solution immediately before use.

Dosage for feed (per kg of complete feed containing 88% dry matter or daily dose per animal):

• Poultry: 80 mg
• Piglets: 80 mg
• Sows: 200 mg
• Finishing pigs: 100 mg
• Calves: 200 mg
• Breeding horses and foals: 300 mg
• Fish: 150 mg
• Rabbits: 50 mg
• Mink and other fur animals: 100 mg
• Dogs and cats: 120 mg
