Professional 20/24/54 jumping motor for turning eggs in incubators

The above engine is made of durable ABS plastic, dedicated mainly to incubators of the COVA and COVATUTTO series with capacities of 24 and 54 eggs. The scope of his work is that he automatically rotates the eggs at a precise and uniform pace. The offered mechanism realizes one full cycle of egg rotation within 4 hours.

The above jumping motor performs a rotating motion through a cyclically protruding and sliding shaft. Thanks to this, the process of turning eggs can occur in two ways, which is illustrated by photo No. 2.

In the first, the eggs laid between the compartments change their position by precisely moving the substrate under the eggs, as a result of which the eggs rotate. In the second case, after using a tilting tray with eggs, the engine tilts it in the range of -40^o up to +40^sts

The mechanism is characterized by low power consumption (~3W). The kit includes the necessary accessories to mount the product in a given incubator. The spacing between the mounting holes is about 80 x 120 mm.

The motor is powered directly from the 230V mains.
