Cup drinker with float 5cm, for pipe 22x22mm

Robust cup drinker for chickens intended for use in automatic watering systems. This type of drinker with a float is primarily intended for use in the first 8 to 10 days from the start of rearing in the farm system when the young are not yet accustomed to taking water directly from drip drinkers. During this period, young chickens will get into the habit of looking for fluids under the watering line.

Installation of starter drinkers for chickens is very simple and does not require dismantling screwed in square pipe of droplet nipls. A cup drinker with a float is placed directly on the droplet watering nipple. In addition, it is equipped with a float, which is responsible for self-replenishment of the amount of water in the bowl.

The automatic drinker for poultry provides free access to water, which will be kept in the bowl at a level of approx. 2cm deep. The float drinker is able to handle 10 to 15 pieces of chickens. When the poultry has already acquired the habit of drinking from under the watering line, the drinker can be denied by leaving a drip nipel. Birds taught to search for water under the pipes of the watering system will quickly switch to drinking directly from the drop watering bottles.

After removing the cup drinkers in order to save water and protect the litter from moisture, we recommend using eaves cups that will accumulate excess water not drunk by birds.
