Cup drinker mounted on a pipe with float - small

Special drinker with low water level designed for smaller birds (e.g. quails).Made of high quality plastic, it is easy to disinfect. The construction of the drinker is based on nipl drinkers.

The hassle-free mounting of the drinker (mounted on a 1/8-inch thread) makes it easy to plug into an extensive drinking system. Universal design gives different installation options:
- on the pipe (using an extension cord)
- on a welded mesh (using fixings with a butterfly nut)
In addition, the drinker is also available in with a metal handle.

The mode of operation of the drinker is as follows. Inside the bowl with a depth of 25 mm there is a special float, which floating on the water closes its supply.
At the bottom of the reservoir there is always a small amount of liquid. A bird wanting to draw fluid, with its beak presses on the float tongue causing the metal nipl to be pressed, which unlocks the influx of fresh water.

In this way, the drinker automatically fills to the level where the float is at the maximum height - thanks to this, the amount of liquid in the bowl is always adequate.
