Egg Incubator with Built-in Egg Candler and Hatcher

No additional equipment is required. The built-in egg candler allows you to check egg freshness, fertility and embryo development throughout the incubation process. The integrated candling light is conveniently located in the lid above the LED display. In addition to monitoring your eggs, the incubator also functions as a hatcher. Simply switch off the automatic egg turning system and transfer the eggs onto the hatching grid. The incubator maintains stable temperature and optimum humidity levels, providing ideal conditions for healthy chicks to hatch safely. After hatching, allow the chicks to dry completely inside the incubator before transferring them to a brooder.

How to Control Humidity During Incubation

OVOstart 24 features an automatic humidity control system with two external water bottles connected to the base of the incubator. As shown in image 6, water flows by gravity through two dedicated channels, automatically maintaining the required water level. During the early incubation stage, place the bottle on the left side (smaller reservoir A). For the final stage of incubation, when higher humidity is essential for successful hatching, move the bottle to the right side (larger reservoir B). Maintaining the correct humidity level is one of the most important factors for achieving high hatch rates, so regular monitoring and refilling of the water supply is essential.
