Overflow module for flex auger line universal stainless steel

Universal feed line hopper that can be used in any feed truck, regardless of the diameter of the PVC pipe. The offered crossbar overflow allows you to change the direction of the transverse line. Its use requires the use of additional elements such as: schackle chute with roller (without shoe), control unit of the transverse line and transverse line motor.

The overflow of the transverse line consists of two fasteners, the first of which is mounted under the control unit with the motor, and the second above the yoke with the shaft. Both parts of the overflow are connected to each other - in photo No. 3 is shown an example of the use of overflow from one line after another. Importantly, the feed conveyors allow the second line to be routed in any direction, e.g. at right angles or diagonally.

The transverse line flow module is made entirely of stainless steel, which ensures its resistance to any difficult conditions prevailing in the chicken coop or pigsty. In the set with the hopper, a set of mounting screws is added.

The feed conveyor hopper is extremely useful when assembling lines in difficult conditions, where it is not possible to use knees or their maximum number (3 pieces) has already been used.
