Description
This set of offset electric fence insulators is designed for building and extending electric fencing systems. The pack contains 25 insulators, commonly used when creating electric barriers to protect buildings against martens.
The stand-off fence insulators are particularly useful for protecting downpipes and gutters from martens. Each insulator has an 8 mm mounting hole, allowing it to be fitted onto compatible metric-thread insulators installed on special pipe clamps with protective inserts. This creates an effective electric barrier around the gutter or downpipe.
The 8 mm rod electric fence insulators can be used to guide polywire, wire or braided electric fence cord. Their angled slot helps prevent the conductor from slipping out or becoming loose. The insulators are made from durable, weather-resistant materials suitable for demanding outdoor conditions.
No specialist tools are required for installation. Simply fit the insulator onto a compatible rod, post or supporting insulator.
