Manual fan speed controller FRM1 15A

Manual speed controller for fans or heaters with a maximum load current of 15A. The FRM1 controller allows you to control the operation of fans and heaters with asynchronous motors. Speed control in the range from 0 to 100% is carried out through a potentiometer located on the controller housing. The FRM1 controller can also be used to adjust the power of lighting (classic incandescent bulbs) or heaters.

The fan speed controller is powered by 230V mains. The fan speed controller has a housing with IP55 protection class along with a switch on the side wall of the body. In the upper part of the controller housing there is a heatsink that receives the heat generated during the operation of the device.

Fan speed control is extremely useful in livestock buildings. Ordinary on/off controllers generate high energy consumption costs, because regardless of the situation and temperature, the fans always operate at 100% with maximum power consumption. The manual ventilation controller allows you to turn on the fans, e.g. at 10% or 20% in a situation where the full power of the fans is not needed. This generates significant savings, and at the same time further prolongs the life of the fan motors.
