Lower damper for ventilation chimney fi 650 mm

Lower the ventilation chamber fi 650 mm is used to regulate the air flow in a livestock building in the process of gravity or forced ventilation. The throttle is especially useful during the winter period, when not all chimneys are used, and when inserting chicks and heating the building. The presented throttle actions allow for full control over heat losses during the winter, when there are low air temperatures outside the building - cold air does not go through the chimney to the inside of the building, it also protects against water entering the building.
The throttle for the 650 mm ventilation chimney is also perfect for chimneys with forced ventilation, i.e. in a set with a fan and butterflies.
The lower chimney damper can be controlled manually - using a link (photo No. 5) or automatically via the engine on the principle of open / close (photo No. 2 and 3). For the automatic version, the throttle is reinforced with an additional element - a metal rod (photo No. 4), with the help of which the chimney is opened or closed, through an actuator. Manual closing / opening of the throttle consists in pulling the cable, which is mounted to a special spring that opens or closes the throttle (photo No. 5). When placing an order, please specify whether the chimney is to be adapted for automatic or manual opening.
The lower damper for the ventilation chimney fi 650 mm is made of high quality ABS type plastic with polyurethane foam filling, which ensures proper insulation. The wall thickness is approx. 30 mm. This design provides excellent resistance to extremely harsh conditions in livestock buildings.
