Live catch for rabbits, hares, guinea pigs, double entrance, for burrows, 60cm
€27.66
A unique solution for rabbits or hares. The above trap is designed for catching various types of rodents such as guinea pigs, hamsters, chinchillas as well as rabbits or hares. Rabbit live catch is a great solution for various types of earthen pests that dig burrows, underground tunnels and canals, destroying crops, meadows, digests or gardens. It is very often used by cities, in parks or gardens where huge populations of rabbits make significant losses and problems for urban communities.
The trap for rabbits can be successfully used instead of nets for catching rodents. Unlike nets, you can catch a larger amount of pests in a rabbit tube without having to constantly set the traps. A tube well placed at the outlet of the burrow will not allow rabbits to sneak past, each of the rodents will have to go through this trap.
The guinea pig trap has the shape of a cylinder made of strong steel welded mesh with 25x25mm wide mesh and 1.8mm thick wire. The cage has a length of 600mm, while the diameter of the tube is 150mm. The live catch for field pests has two entrances with special curtains. A rabbit or guinea pig can independently open this dam only when trying to get inside. Curtains open only inwards, which is why every pet that goes inside is not able to get out of it.
The trap for small pests should be placed at the outlet/entrance to the burrows of rabbits or other rodents so that they do not have the opportunity to get out of the burrow and have to pass through the cage. For hard-to-reach holes, the trap can be placed nearby, but so that the animals have to pass by as often as possible. Inside the trap, you can additionally place a bait that will lure the victim.
remark: The use of live traps is regulated by Polish law and can only be used in accordance with regulations on environmental protection and animal species protection.
