A line for watering poultry and quails - length 2m - with a very high efficiency, which is able to handle up to 180 pcs. of various types of poultry, including broilers or breeding hens. The laying watering kit is recommended in medium and large poultry farms in the litter system. It perfectly fulfills its role in watering partridges or quails. Thanks to its high efficiency, it can be used to water broilers, chickens or pheasants.

Significant efficiency and reliability of the system lies in the use of special stains for droplet watering of broilers type RB Mix. They have a mandrel made of stainless steel, which moves both vertically and horizontally. Thanks to this, quails or even chickens have easier access to water intake.
The RB Mix pacifier, depending on the degree of movement of the tip and the water pressure, may have a water flow at the level of:

70-80 cm3/min - vertical movement of the stem

30-40 cm3/min - sideways movement

Any movement of the nipla tip is enough for pheasants or other poultry to drink. In addition, the case of the pheasant nipple made of plastic in a bright yellow color, attracts attention, which is why the line is suitable even for watering young chickens, which quickly acquire the habit of drinking from pacifiers.

A hood bowl was installed on each of the drinkers for layers to collect excess water. This allows you to save money in the amount of water used, especially when adding nutrients or vaccines from dispensers or dosing pumps to vitamins to liquids. Excess undrunk water will remain in the bowls and there will be no soaking or rotting of the litter.

The whole set is built on the basis of 2m of PVC square pipe with a width of 22x22mm. In addition, the laying coils watering set is reinforced by a steel and galvanized support pipe, which protects against bending of the automatic poulting line for chickens. It is also a form of anti-rust for laying hens, which does not allow hens or pheasants to sit on the watering system for poultry.

The system for watering pheasants or layers can be freely expanded by connecting from subsequent sections of the TOP-CUP 10 line. This allows you to create an automatic chicken watering system with a length of up to 120mb.
The system for proper operation requires the connection of a sufficiently low water pressure within the range of 20 to 30 cm of the water column. For this purpose, we recommend using appropriate water pressure reducers. For short sections, the quail or pheasant watering line can be supplied directly from the tank or stock with float valve. In both cases, it is necessary to use a vent.

remark! The set of the watering system for chickens does not have a breather or pressure regulator in the set. The set includes only a 2 meter line. The system is not assembled ready-made. At the customer's request, the line can be assembled free of charge - waiting time 7 working days.
