Description

Niplow watering system of laying hens and broilers with high efficiency, built on the basis of a square PVC pipe with a length of 2 meters. The above automatic pheasant watering line is equipped with 10 stations with pacifiers and eaves cups, from which birds can draw water. It is estimated that one set is enough for a maximum of 160 birds (poultry/ornamental birds). The 2-meter watering system for chickens and ducks is adapted to work with reduced pressure or a water tank. 2-meter pipes can be connected to each other, creating lines of greater length. One set is able to handle up to 140 birds.

The principle of operation of the whole set is very simple. Stainless steel niples screwed into a square pipe in which water is transported. Each nipel gives out water at the level of 90 cm² / min after rubbing its beak by the bird. The stainless steel from which the teats are made provides the highest strength and service life. Under each pacifier, eaves cups are attached, which minimize water loss.

The offered droplet watering system for broilers is based on two pipes. The 22 x 22 mm square pipe is made of high quality PVC. It is connected directly to a round galvanized steel pipe, which is designed to give stability to the entire line. The advantage of droplet watering systems is high efficiency, ease of maintaining line cleanliness and the ability to combine into longer sections.

The droplet watering line of pheasants can be powered in two ways:

from the tray - the line is connected directly to the tray, which is located above the level of the watering line. The whole works on a gravitational principle, no pressure reducer is required. At the end of the line should be installed adasiver.

from the water network - the watering line is connected to the water supply network. This method of assembly requires pressure reducer, which will reduce the water pressure at the input. At the end of the line, the adazynik.html>adazynik is also used. The whole is presented in photo 2.

remark! The set of the watering system for chickens does not have a breather or pressure regulator in the set. The set includes only a 2 meter line. The system is not assembled ready-made. At the customer's request, the line can be assembled free of charge - waiting time 7 working days.
