Like all Brinsea incubators in the Advance version, the Ova 190 has a built-in, programmable egg cooling option. That is, for some time (depending on the settings of the breeder) the temperature in the incubator is lowered. When a given period passes, the incubator automatically returns to the temperature before the cooling period. This is a way to replace the natural conditions in which the chicks develop (the hen also stops incubating and leaves the nest, among others to feed).
