The water pressure reducer is made of brass, very resistant to long-term water. It has connectors with a thread diameter of 1/2 inch. It is equipped with a mechanical system for changing water pressure. With the knob we can freely adjust the pressure value in the range from 1.5 to 6 Bar. A precise indicator informs us about the current value, which controls the water parameters in the system on an ongoing basis.

Choosing the right water pressure is essential in any watering system for pigs or cattle. The pressure value depends on how much water is taken at a given moment by the drinking animal. Setting too much pressure will cause a significant part of the water to be wasted - it will be splashed and spilled. As a result, in addition to higher costs, rotting or molding of litter in pig houses and the development of various diseases or inflammations in animals may occur.
