Grating welded to the bottom of cages 13 x 76 mm wire 2,45mm PREMIUM

Thick and solid grating, welded mesh with square meshes of 13x76mm and wire thickness of 2.45mm. Made of thick, galvanized wire, welded and then completely galvanized by the so-called zinc bath at temp. up to 460^oC. Then a layer of iron alloy with zinc is formed on the galvanized surface, on which a layer of pure zinc is additionally deposited. The anti-corrosion coating created in this process ensures that the mesh will last for a long time even in difficult conditions.

The PREMIUM mesh is characterized by the highest quality of workmanship. The width of the meshes has a minimum tolerance of dimensional deviation, thanks to which the mesh is practically perfectly straight and fits the mesh to the mesh in each section. This is of particular importance in the construction of cage batteries.

The mesh is available in a roll of 76cm high and 25m long. The net is intended mainly for the construction of cages for animals, mainly fur. First of all, the bottoms of the cages are made of it. Elongated rectangular eyelets make it easier to fly through the spawn net, and on the other hand, for animals they are comfortable to walk. It is also used for the construction of machine guards in production lines, fan covers, elevator shaft covers. It also works well in construction.
