Feed Flap Sensor For Feeding System for Units and Control Feeders

Flap sensor designed for installation in the trays of longitudinal lines of the feeding system. The principle of its operation is very simple. The sensor with a flap for the feed pipeline is designed to turn off the engine of the transverse line at the moment when the feed falls asleep the reservoir of the longitudinal line to the appropriate level. The sensor can also be mounted in other places, e.g. in the last feeder of the longitudinal line, where its task is to turn off the geared motor.

The offered flap sensors should be mounted in a vertical position, because otherwise the flap will not return to the starting position (it will not turn the geared motor back on). The flap switch can be screwed to the inside wall of the feed hopper, thanks to two mounting holes. The product has connection cables.

The feed charge sensor is made of plastic and galvanizing steel, which forms the outer body. Our offer also includes proximity sensors and load cells for feeding systems.

• Connection as a NO sensor - blue + yellow/green wires. Insulate the remaining brown wire.
• Connection as NZ sensor - blue + brown wires. Insulate the remaining green/yellow wire.
