Electric cattle fence complete with all the elements necessary for the correct connection of the live fence. It is designed for installation on an existing fence, e.g. made of forest mesh. Due to its versatility, this set is also perfect for protecting crops from wild animals - especially wild boars, which require a strong impulse and a tear-resistant rope.

The offered MaxGuard set for cattle will allow you to fence a pasture or a cultivated field, the circumference of which is up to 1000 m, assuming that the live wire will be routed on one level. For cattle and wild boars, however, it is recommended to attach the wire at two heights, which will secure the area with a circumference of 500 m. It is worth mentioning that the electric fence included in the set is strong enough that the fence can be expanded at any time, even to several km.

Universal electric cattle fence MaxGuard

The ready-made set of the MaxGuard cattle fence includes an electrifier that can be connected to both the mains and the battery. This is an undoubted advantage of the device, thanks to which during power outages, the fencer can be connected to the battery and continue to guard the animals. It also works well in areas that do not have access to the 230 V mains. The cattle fence has a strong 5 J impulse, which effectively discourages animals from escaping, but also protects them from external predators such as wolves. This is the most powerful cattle fence, with an output voltage of up to 11,000 V.

How to build a cattle fence?

The MaxGuard set for cattle and cows is designed for mounting on an existing fence or wooden posts. First, place the posts at a distance of approx. 5-10 m, and then screw in the insulators: on one or two levels. The holders for the live wire should be at a height of approx. 60-90 cm, so as to prevent animals from passing under the fence. The steel wire in the fence is much more resistant to breakage than standard wire (>260 kg), and also has excellent conductive properties - Resistance: ~0.01 Ohm/m. The set includes all the necessary elements for connecting the fence, i.e. earthing, lightning arrester, connecting wire, through and corner insulators. If the electrifier is located outside the room, it should be protected from rainfall, then its service life will be much longer.
