The Lubing drug mixer guarantees a high-level poultry farm by mixing and dispensing the drugs regularly, preventing them from settling on the watering lines. Mixer Lubing 60 l is especially useful when administering thick and powdered drugs that settle inside the dispenser and the watering line (clogging of drinkers), which in the future may result in undesirable failures of the entire system. The drug mixer is used in watering systems for broilers, ducks, geese, turkeys, pigs and cattle.
The principle of operation of the drug mixer:
The 60l tank should be filled with water from the net through the upper inlet valve (photo No. 2 a). At the time of filling the entire tank with water (60 liters), the hose should be fastened into the lower inlet (photo No. 2 b). The Lubing drug mixer should be connected to the medical dispenser.
Inside there is a float valve (photo No. 3), which opens and allows water after emptying the entire container and opens the lower valve, in order to fill the container with fresh water, thereby guaranteeing the safe operation of the pump, protecting against its overheating. Refilling the tank with water allows you to rinse the dispenser and the watering line from the remnants of medicines so that they do not settle in pipes, wires and elements of the watering system.
In order to protect against contact of undesirable people and impurities and dirt, the set includes a lid for the mixer, mounted on a special hook, protecting against accidental opening. Convenient handles located on the sides of the mixer allow for quick and easy transfer of the device.
The housing of the mixer is made of high-quality plastic resistant to all kinds of chemical compounds, which are in the composition of medicines and vitamins and, above all, to the difficult conditions prevailing in livestock buildings. Plastic is very easy to clean and disinfect.
