A 12 m long droplet watering system dedicated specifically to broilers. Due to the pacifiers used in the line and enlarged eaves cups, this system is also perfect for watering ducks.

The offered watering line is a solution that is associated with many advantages in bird breeding. The most important benefits of an automatic watering system include:

constant access to fresh and clean water,

limiting the work of the breeder who does not have to replenish drinkers,

greater hygiene of watering affecting the well-being of birds,

elimination of the problem of wet litter,

easy cleaning and disinfection of the watering line,

Droplet watering system is a ready-to-install set in a building, the length of which is at least 12m. It contains all the necessary elements, which are able to handle up to 1000 pcs of birds. The line consists of 60 pacifiers with eaves cups, which are arranged at regular intervals of 20cm. Drinkers move both vertically and horizontally, thanks to which they work well from the first day of rearing. Their flow is 70-80cm3/min with vertical pacifier movement and 30-40cm3/min with pacifier movement horizontally.

The watering line is supplied directly from the water supply network. The whole system operates at a very low pressure, so the included reducer should be placed at the beginning of the line. Water to the reducer is supplied using a 1/2 hose (not included). If the pressure in the network is higher than 3 Bar, an additional the initial pressure reducer should be used.

At the end of the watering line there is a vent with a flush function. This is an extremely important advantage that allows you to clean the line m.in after I finish the production process or dosing medicines. These activities affect hygiene of breeding and prevent the development of bacteria and fungi in the system.

Installation of the watering line does not cause problems. The set includes suspension cables with sliders - manual height adjusters. The offered watering system can be easily expand by another 3 m sections.
