Supports the Control of Poultry Red Mites, Feather Lice and Other Parasites

Diatofos is made from carefully selected natural ingredients and provides a natural source of silicon. When added to feed, it supports normal digestive cleansing processes and helps bind undesirable substances in the digestive tract.

The product can also be used as part of a poultry red mite and feather lice management programme. When placed in a suitable dust-bathing area, chickens use Diatofos instinctively to clean their feathers and skin. Regular dust bathing supports natural grooming behaviour, helps improve feather condition and may reduce discomfort caused by external parasites.

Diatofos can also be mixed with a small amount of water to create a thick suspension for coating perches, nesting boxes, walls and cracks. This creates a dry mineral layer that supports coop hygiene and helps make surfaces less favourable for poultry red mites.

How to Use Diatofos

• Inside poultry and livestock buildings – apply continuously after cleaning at approximately 50 g/m². Spread evenly to create a thin layer over the treated surface.
• For dry dust baths – place the product in a suitable container or dust-bathing area. It may also be carefully applied to feathers and skin according to the product instructions.
• For coating surfaces – mix with a small amount of water to create a thick suspension suitable for applying to perches, nesting boxes, walls and cracks.
• As a feed supplement – mix 2 kg per 100 kg of feed. Suitable for poultry, cattle, pigs, horses and sheep.
